Because each rug is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or not as described.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@rugrebels.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Custom and pre-ordered rugs are made especially for you and are non-refundable once production begins. We’ll share updates throughout the process to keep you informed.
